No frikking Tyrant!

My group just finished TotVL and we didn't get any Tyrant drops the second time in a row, I actually sent an appeal after our last run and asked if the drop rate is bugged, I haven't seen the healer helmet in about 10 runs so I was indeed wondering. They replied:

Dear Customer,

All Loot Drops are random and 'Drop Rates' are not an exact figure for any items.
We apologise for any inconvenience.

Oh well, two runs and no Tyrant, I bet it's working as intended...
